This restaurant and bar not only offers drinks but also features unique bar snacks, such as Taiwanese beef tongue biscuits, flounder, and french fries.
The most eye-catching feature is its glittering golden bar counter, which has only twenty seats, so it’s best to arrive early to secure a spot.
Alternatively, you can sit on the sofas to enjoy your drinks and conversation. In the evenings, the bar occasionally arranges live singers and DJs, creating a livelier atmosphere compared to typical quiet bars. However, most of the time, this bar maintains a relaxed ambiance, allowing patrons to comfortably drink, chat, and enjoy special bar snacks. It’s a truly pleasant experience.
For those who prefer a more lively atmosphere, it’s recommended to visit later in the evening. The bar also offers VIP seats similar to those found in large clubs, with a minimum consumption of 3,000 to 4,000 RMB, or 7,000 to 8,000 RMB on weekends.
If you choose to sit at the bar counter, there is no minimum consumption requirement.

D&M: A Niche Whiskey Bar
This small bar is hidden in the bustling city center and primarily offers a variety of whiskeys. Although the bar is relatively small, it is filled with an old-fashioned charm. The vintage furniture and floor tiles resemble the style of old Shanghai townhouses.
The owner, who is also a Shanghai local, will personally mix your drinks based on your preferences. If you visit alone, you can enjoy a drink and engage in a pleasant conversation with the owner.
As the weather turns colder, visiting this small bar will undoubtedly provide a warm and comforting experience.

SUZU BAR: A Showa-style Japanese Bar
This Japanese-style bar mainly offers various Japanese whiskeys. The bartender, Suzuki, is a disciple of the renowned Japanese bartending master, MORI, and specializes in martinis.
The bar’s overall decor has a strong neon vibe, with a slight business feel, making it an excellent place for both business meetings and romantic dates.
The service is exceptionally attentive, with complimentary pre-dinner soup and cookies provided upon seating, adding a thoughtful touch to the experience.
